Electric stack water heaters

Water heaters are installed in households, apartment hotels, small restaurants, sport objects etc. Connectors for input of cold water and output of hot water are in top part of the water heater.

BASIC PARTS:

Steel tank - is welded from a superior steel sheet with a synergizing agent. Inside level with a smooth glassy surface discourages corrosion and reduces the scale formation. The massive construction of the tank survives without damages all pressures till 1,0 MPa.
Outer sheath - is realized in high technical level and very esthetic design. Surface colour was applied by an ecologically pulverized method.
Thermal insulation - is made of a polyurethane spume that is producted without the use of freons injurious an ozone layer (CFC). Insulating attributes of the spume make possible economic operation and low fuel consumption. The use of this insulation minimalizes heat losses.
Heating bodies (top and bottom) - work with a high effectivity. Their surface is protected by a double level (magnesian-copper). This arrangement also extends the life time of the water heater tank.
Immersion stick - specially shaped pexan pipe makes water swirl in the tank and reduces the scale formation that way. Used plastic is resistant to higher water temperature. Magnesian anode stick provides the protection against influences of electrolytic corrosion.
Regulation thermostat - keeps the set temperature in a regulation extent 40 - 70 °C.
Emergency thermostat (mark E.C.O.) - switches off the electric current supply into heating bodies of the water heater in case of passing the maximal temperature. The function of the emergency thermostat is reversible and can be restored by pushing the button "reset".
Safety valve - is set up for the opening pressure 1,0 MPa.
